Make Friends Floating the Weber River

Come float the Weber river with us and make some friends along the way! If you’ve never floated the river before, it’s a pretty calm float with a couple rapids that vary in intensity depending on the water level but aren’t generally too intense.

***You will need to bring your own floatation device (tube recommended) as well as your own life jacket!!!*** Pretty sure both can be bought pretty cheap at Walmart or something or you can probably find somewhere that rents them. Amazon sells a $7 life jacket here. Apparently police do patrol the river and give out expensive tickets if you don’t have a life jacket so come prepared!

Also come prepared with a towel, sunblock, beer, sunglasses, a hat, and whatever else you feel like you will need to have a good time.

You can either meet up to carpool and meet up at Home Depot between 10:30-11am (328 W 2100 S Expy, South Salt Lake, UT 84115) at the south west side of the parking lot or meet us at the Weber river by 12pm. We will need some people that are willing to drive for the carpool so we’d appreciate any one who volunteers!
